Was born in 1955, graduated from Moscow Architectural Institute in 1978. Lives and works in Moscow. Was occupied in conceptual architecture. Award winner "Grand-Prix" of a jointly OISTT and UNESCO competition "Theatre of Future". Participated in conceptual architecture exhibitions in London, Paris and Venice.

EVZOVICH, LEV 

Was born in 1958, graduated from Moscow Architectural Institute in 1982. Lives and works in Moscow. Was occupied in conceptual architecture. The OISTT competition Prize winner "The Tour Theatre" in Stockholm. Participated in conceptual architecture exhibitions in Milan, Frankfurt-on-Main, Paris. Worked as art director in animation film (6 films), as director in papet animation film. Also worked as art director in film "Sunset" (live action, "Mosfilm" studio).

SVYATSKY, EVGENY 

Was born in 1957, graduated from Moscow Polygraphic Institute (department of the Book Graphic Arts and Design) in 1980. Lives and works in Moscow. Was occupied with book and advertising design, poster and graphic art. Participated in international poster competitions, exhibitions of book illustration and design, graphic art. Worked as creative and art director in few publishing houses in Moscow ("Otkryty Mir" and "Intersignal").

 

Artists united as a group AES in 1987.

Born in Belgrade in 1973. In 1997 graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade. Completed postgraduate studies on the same Academy in year 2000. Received Acknowledgment for the Contemporary Art in 2002 Received First Prize for Painting "Petar Lubarda" in 1997.

Studied painting in Superior School of Fine Arts in Athens and now creates interactive installations and films. In 1997, he was an official Greek participant at the 47th Biennale of Venice and was awarded with the Benesse prize for his work "black box". He has taken part in many team exhibitions of which the most important are: Modernita Progetto 2000 (1996); Fondazione Palazzo Bricherasio, Torino; Global Vision (1998); Institute DESTE, Athens; Europe in the Box, Gallery ACC Weimar; MIXUP (1999) Lehmann Maupin Gallery, New York; Benesse Prize Winners; Museum Benesse, Naosima, Japan; "Synopsis 1- Communications" (2000) Contemporary Art Museum, Athens.

Måns Wrange

Måns Wrange (1961) is an artist based in Stockholm. Wrange works with long-term projects – often up to five or ten years – in which he explores socio-political strategies for changing society, such lobbying, professional opinion-forming and think tanks. His work has been widely shown inter­nationally, most recently at Manifesta 4 – European Biennial for Contemporary Art, Frankfurt; We Are All Sinners, Museo Tamayo, Mexico City, Mexico, Tele[vision], Kunsthalle Wien; Resistance – MoMA meets Moderna 1960-2000, Moderna Museet, Stockholm; The Silk Purse Procedure, Arnolfini Art Center, Bristol and Hypnosis, Central House of Artists, Moscow. An essay on his recent project, The Average Citizen, is included in We Are All Normal, an anthology on Nordic artists published on Black Dog Publishing, London 2001. Since 1998 Wrange is professor at Konstfack, University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. Wrange’s project The Average Citizen, which will be presented in the exhibition über Mensche,n can be viewed at its website www.averagecitizen.com

 

Igor Isaksson

Igor Isaksson was (1963) is an architect, designer and project leader in projects  ranging from print, web and CD-rom to interior design and exhibitions. Among the projects that he has participated in are Room on the Run, Museum of Architecture, Stockholm; Aha, Liljevalchs Konsthall, Stockholm and The Stockholm Syndrome, art project on CD-ROM. Isaksson has also made the web design for SRC - an experimental radio channel on the Internet which is run by the Swedish National Broadcasting Company, and he is a member of the editorial board of MAMA, the Swedish Magazine for Modern Architecture.
